Plain terms.

What you get

A private place to record the patterns your body shows you, to track standard health metrics, to share with your family as you see fit, and to leave an inheritance of health knowledge if you choose to.

What you agree to

  • You're at least 13 years old (or meet the minimum age in your country).
  • You're logging your own health, or the health of someone you have the legal authority to represent (like your child).
  • You won't try to break, scrape, or overload the service.
  • You won't use DB.Life to stalk, coerce, or surveil another adult without their consent.

What DB.Life agrees to

  • Keep your data private, per our Privacy notice.
  • Tell you 30 days before any material change to terms or privacy, with a clear opt-out.
  • Let you export everything, anytime, in open formats.
  • Keep the service reasonably available. If we're down we'll tell you why.

DB.Life is not a doctor

Nothing in the product is medical advice. Patterns, charts, and summaries are for your own knowledge and for conversations with qualified clinicians. If something feels like an emergency, it is — call your local emergency number.

Payment

Solo is free, forever. Family is paid — billed yearly in advance. Refunds pro-rated on request, within reason. Cancel anytime.

Account closure

We may close accounts that abuse the service or other members. We'll email you first, and you'll always get a final export window.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where DB.Life is incorporated. Any disputes go to courts of that jurisdiction, unless your consumer-protection laws say otherwise.
