API response times were elevated for approximately 45 minutes due to a database connection pool issue. No data was lost. Root cause was identified and a fix deployed.
Oura sync delay
Oura Ring data sync was delayed by approximately 6 hours due to an upstream API change. We updated our integration and backfilled missing data for all affected users.
Email delivery delays
Magic link emails were delayed by up to 10 minutes for some users due to a queue backup in our email provider. No emails were lost. We have since added a fallback provider.
