Careers
We are a small, remote team building a product that takes mortality seriously. If that sentence makes you curious rather than uncomfortable, keep reading.
Values
Every feature starts with the question: "What is the most private version of this?" We earn trust by defaulting to sealed, not shared. We do not optimize for engagement; we optimize for dignity.
We ship carefully, not constantly. One well-considered feature beats three rushed ones. We write code that will still make sense in five years, for a product that needs to last longer than that.
This product has to outlive its users. That is not a tagline; it is a constraint that shapes every design decision, from data models to the language we use in empty states.
Team
Four people, three time zones, one shared obsession: building something useful that lasts.
Founder & CEO
Previously staff engineer at Stripe. Built payment infrastructure that processed $200B/yr. Now building health infrastructure for families.
Backend Lead
Ex-Google Health, 8 years in FHIR and health data systems. Believes health records should outlive the companies that store them.
Design Lead
Previously at Linear and Notion. Obsessed with interfaces that respect the user's time and attention. Designs for decades, not quarters.
Product Engineer
Full-stack generalist. Third hire. Built the family graph, the pattern matcher, and the legacy transfer system. Ships from Lagos.
Open roles
Build the web app that people use to understand their bodies. Next.js, TypeScript, beautiful UI that works for decades. You will own the patterns interface, the family graph visualization, and the data export experience.
ApplyDesign and maintain the APIs, database layer, and device integrations. PostgreSQL, TypeScript, FHIR R5. You will build systems that handle health data with the care it deserves — encrypted, auditable, exportable.
ApplyDesign features for a product that takes mortality seriously. You will work on patterns, sharing flows, legacy settings, and the family graph. Figma fluency required. Comfort with ambiguity essential.
